Herbal Naan Kulcha is a baked version of the classic naan or kulcha, and it typically features herbs like organo, rosemary , kasuri methi and mint mixed into the dough or sprinkled on top before baking. The focus here is on a softer , more aromatic bread with a less charred outer texture compared to its tandoori cousin. This bread maintains softer texture even when it cools down as compared to tandoori naan which becomes chewy after some time.
